To optimize performance and reduce system costs, we may temporarily cache user prompts, inputs, or generated outputs in our databases. When another user submits a prompt or request substantially similar to cached data, the system may return the cached response instead of generating a new one.

• Cached data is used solely to improve efficiency and service quality, not for advertising or resale.
• Enterprise plan users are exempt from caching reuse and will always receive uniquely generated responses.
• Users acknowledge that, while we take steps to avoid exposing identifiable personal information, prompts or content containing personal or sensitive data should not be entered into the Services.

Data Retention

• Personal data is retained only as long as necessary for operational or legal reasons.
• You may request deletion of your account and data via email.
• Some data may be retained for compliance and audit purposes.

Content Visibility

• The content and code you generate using our services, including prompts and project files, are private and only accessible to you and gambo's authorized employees, contractors, and partners as necessary to provide support and maintain platform functionality.
• Public projects are visible to other users and may be used or remixed as templates.
• Private projects cannot be viewed or used by others.

Unauthorized access to your projects due to password misuse or account compromise is your responsibility.

Children’s Privacy

gambo does not knowingly collect data from individuals under the age of 18. If we discover such data has been collected, it will be deleted promptly.

International Data Transfers

Data may be transferred and processed outside your country of residence, including to countries without equivalent data protection laws. All such transfers are secured with appropriate legal safeguards, such as Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or data processing agreements.

Legal Framework
